We do work with most assistance companies, Section 8, HUD-Vash, 211, Suncoast Center, St. Vincent de Paul, WestCare of Florida, Pinellas County Human Services and many more. It simply depends on if the property is already approved with the assistance company. Please feel free to reach out to us to discuss.
Our rentals generally come available during the first week of the month for a move-in. Feel free to call us to see if we have anything coming available.
What We Do For You:
As a tenant with Direct Express Rentals, LLC, you have the availability of the online resident portal anytime of day. This will provide a copy of any move-in documents, especially your lease, an area to request maintenance services, and a secure payment option to pay directly online through your bank or a credit card. You can even set up automatic payments to come out every month!
